J.D. POOLS Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2540 B.E. (1997 A.D.) in Phuket Province.

It’s a comprehensive distributor of swimming pools and swimming pool equipment, with the largest swimming pool production facility in Thailand. There are 21 distribution centers in provinces throughout all the regions of Thailand, exporting swimming pool parts to over 20 countries. We have delivered more than 16,000 swimming pleasures all over the country. J.D. Pools Co., Ltd. collaborated with a company having experience in the real estate business. The company’s chief executive officer, Mr. Thanusak Phungdet, who was former president of the Phuket Real Estate Association, currently holds the position of president of Phuket Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Phungdet was a developer of a housing project called Private Lagoon Villas, Phuket in Chalong Sub-district. It was a single-house development that offered privacy and there were swimming pools surrounding an over 7-Rai lake. The project proved an enormous success.

Despite the different experiences of the two companies, we share seamlessly compatible perspectives. VIP Thailand Co., Ltd., with its extensive experience in real estate, had achieved successful results both overseas and in Phuket. In combination with J.D. Pools, whose experience in operating a swimming pool business of more than 16,000 units both in real estate and individual projects, the two entities have been recognized as having an international status. The two companies had agreed to establish a company called VIP JD Group Co., Ltd., with the shared objectives of promoting a high-quality and reliable real estate enterprise for residential purposes to accommodate both domestic and international investors who desire to dwell in Phuket Province: temporarily or permanently.
